more precious than gold that perishes though
it is tested by fire—may be found to result in
praise and glory and honor at the revelation of Jesus Christ.
1 Peter 1:7
But he said
to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for
my power is
made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly of my weaknesses, so
that the power of Christ may rest upon me.
2 Corinthians 12:9
It’s between
us and God. You and God. That’s it.
It takes
some people a lifetime to realize that success orfailure rests only God’s hand. He’s given you the power
to show Him what you can do, so it’s up to you to
prove it to him. What He does with that hard work
is still up to Him at the end of the day.
The point is
that we trust God enough to push on through
the tough
times, knowing full well that what He’s got usgoing through is a blessing, according to His word.
SO… push on,
forget about the nay-sayers and the people
who don’t
have the strength to encourage. Push on, and receivewhatever God does or does not give you. Celebrate all things.
